The EPA now says greenhouse gases MUST be regulated?? Will this be enough to ram Cap&Trade thru Congress?

I don't know that they'll have to, the EPA has authority to make regulations without congress now that they declared it a pollutant. As usual democrats have figured out a way around debate and the legal process in order to sell us out. This country is becoming a disgrace of its former self.

They force laws on us that they themselves are immune to, with this ridiculous Cap & Trade and Carbon taxes, that they just force on us, We need a million person march on Washington and drag these traitors from office and Hang the lot of them, then put the Constitution Back to its Original format. Have an election and the Next bunch will listen to the people have elected them. That will cure these so called politician Elites.
