How is that done whilst reducing emissions without nuclear?, The point is, say the Arabs are building the cleanest city in the world but all of the mass of material will be paid for with oil money and made through carbon based industrial production The greater the growth in demand by life forms the greater the growth in consumption, the greater the growth in production of waste this has been the trend for millions of years in one sense in human terms since Roman times as humanity has grown ever more sophisticated it as grown ever more interactive within the carbon cycle the carbon cycle is the cycle of life we are part of that. The greater the need to pay for subsidy the more energy the greater the pollution the greater social costs.. Reduce the need to produce, solve that puzzle between us instead of arguing about climate change and lying and insulting everyone that a tax can fix it and we begin to talk sense.
