How is commerce at UTM?

How is growing marijuana in your back yard for private consumption "interstate commerce"?

• It's ironic that on the same day the Obama administration is defending this mandate to buy private health insurance form a for profit company with the "commerce clause" argument, the AP documented how the U.S. War on Drugs has been a massive failure on every single front. (The Federal Govt. uses THE VERY SAME "commerce clause" argument to defend it's ability to wage the U.S. Federal War on Drugs) At what point are people going to realize the "commerce clause" has been twisted into the "unlimited federal power at the Congress's discretion clause"?? I mean when they can claim growing marijuana in your back yard for private consumption violates the "commerce clause" you know this interpretation is HIGHLY suspect.   Ironic ....Freedom should really mean freedom, weed and much more should be legal. "And god gave us ALL seed bearing plants to USE" Genesis 1:29 1. It is no worse (and actually not as harmful) as other "legal" drugs like alcohol and cigarettes 2. By taxing it, it could provide much needed revenue 3. It is MUSH easier to produce since it can be grown almost anywhere (unlike tobacco or hops used in making alcohol) 4. It makes parties and get togethers MUCH more fun! (Studies have shown that Marijuana can help cancer patients with pain and to regain an appetitie while going through chemotherapy...and is useful in the treatment of glaucoma....you can easily research this yuorself if you want proof.) I do not think it is "wrong" or "right"...its just a recreational drug that, if used in moderation, can be enjoyed by responsible adults in the privacy of their own homes just like alcohol, coffee, tea, cigarettes, etc.
