After completing a NROTC program what steps are left for you to become a marine officer?

You have learn your role. Don't act like you know everything in the fleet. People will walk all over you.

After your junior year you go to "bulldog" OCS for 6 weeks. You go right to TBS after you graduate from the NROTC Marine Option Program. After TBS you are assigned your MOS based on your Performance at OCS, TBS and your PT scores.
