Not the same vehicle at all, in fact not even the same weight rating. Where the standard American 2.5 ton truck was the 6x6 (10 wheel) GMC CCKW design the Canadian Military Pattern (CMP) 3-ton trucks were the 4x4 Ford F60 series and Chevrolet 4x4 C60 series.
