How to obtain US Army vision records?
-
I was wondering how I could obtain my Army vision records. I'm currently at AIT in Fort Huachuca. Can I obtain this online or will they let me get a copy if I go to optometry and ask for one? Is there a form I would have to fill out??

You just go to optometry , although at AIT, you probably have to go to the hospital and look in your medical records And just ask for a copy of your perscription.
