What is the best medical/emergency job in the military?

What military branch and job best fits me?

  • I'm going to enlist no matter what but I still can't decide what branch and what job. I'll tell you a little about myself so it can help you help me. I'm 6' 0" and very athletic. Have a lot of upper body strength. I'm not sole like a body builder but an athlete. I play football, basketball, swim, rugby, and track. I also am a boxer and ride bulls. I like a challenge and would like a job where most people are athlet and fit. I don't mind having a combat job. Actually I'd rather have one. I'm leaning over to special ops or something more than infantry like sniper or even special ops sniper. I like the navy seals a lot... But also like Marsoc, sf, rangers, navy diver, swcc, marine sniper, marine force recon, and coast guard or navy rescue swimmer. Im an adrenaline freak and also don't say that you doubt I can make it though the training because I KNOW I can but I just need that goal first. Thanks!

Why not throw air force in there, you've already listed most other areas. Decide what you want to do and forget about how awsome you are. Whatever you've done in the past doesn't matter, the military will train you to be who they need. Put a nerd into infantry lifestyle and he'll soon have everything you've got now. Every part of the military allows you to be a jock. Also, any able bodied person can do any military job if they just let the instructors do their job. Find what's in your heart and go for it. And don't think about Afghan cause it's not going to be there by the time you're finished.
