How to tell if a swiss army watch is a fake?

DOES IT LOOK LIKE IM GONNA BE READY FOR ARMY? (VIDEOS)?

  • Okay well im joining the army and i have been doing as much pushups and situps as possible to get me to the point where i can pass my PT with ease. This is the first vid i posted a bit ago. This is Before: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BHb9fKsbS... Before i weighed 135 lbs i think This is after: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h-2n8e6rQ... Now i weigh 140 lbs give or take depending on my meals :p If you read the discription on the second video it will give you a downlow of my pushup workout routine. Basically I add 1-5 pushups per set and add a full set every day. On day one i did 4 sets 15 , 18, 12, 13 and then max out and do as much as i can for the end on day two i did 5 sets 16, 20, 14, 14, 10, then maxed again third day i did 6 sets 16, 21, 15, 15, 10, 9, maxed out, on day 4 i repeated day 3 and btw these days were also spaced with a rest day in between lol. do you think this is a good workout plan? should i keep up at it? it seems to be getting me stronger. tell me what you think please

You are on the right track with the push ups and sit ups. However, dont forget that you also have a 2 mile run to do. So add a running routine to your workout. I recomend doing 100 meter sprints instead of long distance slow runs. The sprints will make you faster and improve your 2 mile run time.

the videos don't work. put pictures in stead.

fan of stiffler.

im in the same situation trying to get ready for basic....i started out doing sets of 25 pushups 5 to 6 times a day for a week,,,,then went up to 30 the next now im on 35 and will continue untill i start basic... then i go to the gym and run on the tread mill. now 2 months ago i could barely run 1/2 a mile at 5.5 mph. now im up to 2 miles at 6.5 mph and increasing speed. this routine has worked for me so far but i do this 5 days a week straight, mon-fri and take the weekends to rest. it might seem like overkill but if there is possibility on being promoted for being in better shape then thats what im going for.

I'm not going to take the time to watch the videos (sorry), but if you are really worried about it, you can ask your recruiter to get someone to train with you. He will find someone in the army that lives near you, who is willing to run/train with you. Also, remember not to bulk up too much w/o keeping your endurance as well. At war you won't need to punch/kick/use blunt force so much as you will need to pull a trigger and run from place to place.
