What can happen to me if i'm charged with Breach of Peace and Conspiracy?
-
This week i decided to jump off a drawing bridge into open water that was at high tide, with no boats around. There are no signs saying that jumping is illegal. At the end of the day, the police charged me with Breach of Peace and Conspiracy. The bridge is about 18 feet above the water, and the water's depth is estimated to be around 10 feet, or more. What do you think are the penalties that i will have to go through? by the way, i jumped for the fun of it, NOT to hurt myself in any way, i researched the best ways to make sure i was not injured
