driving people around in MA on junior operators lisence ???? what happens if i drive people around on a junior operators license ((six month rule-no passengers under 18 unless theres a 21 year old in front seat)) i have the option to stay home allll day or go out and pick up friends and go do stuff.. i dont wanna stay home today... ive had my lisence for almost 3 months , never got pulled over , and i go 5 miles OVER the speed limit & kind drive loosly... rolling though stop sighns ect... . if i drive people around ill go atleast 5 miles UNDER the speed limit and strickly follow all driving rules. what do you think... my friend said that you get a warning at first if you get pulled over driving people around. what happens ? i know your supposed to get a 2 month suspension.

In MA state police a a.h.... so you can get pull over about first time u get a warning i dont think so how abot arested it depends on cops mood and what he feels like to to. i got out of going by 35mil over the limit, and arested for stop singn so you never no but the bs that u will drive slower will not happen
