Three alternatives to civil court for resolving non-criminal disputes?

• I have a whole mess of things going on in my life and none are going in my favor. For starters I am in the middle of a divorce with a very unwilling bitter woman who has no basis to begin with for her bitterness, That's besides the point. October 14th I have trial scheduled for divorce. I had a lawyer for a few months however I do not anymore because he did nothing for me and actually did the wrong things as far as I am concerned. I also am involved with a court system that hates me because of my wife. In Feb. she blew an incident between us way out of proportion and has a temp no contact order placed on me? There was no grounds for this to even happen. I never touched her or made any threats that I would. She simply wanted space from me after she moved into a second home we were flipping. I was a wreck after she moved and was doing everything I could to get her back. This I see after the fact does not work. I had always paid the mortgage on the home she moved into as well as I have a discover card that I took out when we bought the home to pay for upgrades to it so we could flip it. The card is at $10000 and what once was at zero interest for a year is now at 18%. I no longer pay the mortgage on the home she moved to but have paid the min. payment on the card since 1-08. The home was on the market for 2 years prior to her moving. To be honest that house broke me and it was hard just making enough to pay both mortgages and all of my normal payments every month. Having her move into the home didn't help much because now we cant sell it. I own my own concrete company and in the beginning of march after the no contact order was in place I was arrested for contacting her. She actually contacted me a lot after it was in place. I wanted her back so I had no problems with it. She was after our tax return money that was going into my account. The day I met her at the bank and gave her the 1/2 she was in-titled to she had me arrested that evening. She lied and said I contacted her all day but she never replied. I got out of jail the next day and being a heart broken idiot contacted her by sending flowers to her on our anniversary. I again was arrested. I forwarded an email to her after I was out of jail but didn't think it was a violation since I had just forwarded it. I was wrong again. Court on whether or not true basis for having a no contact order was held. Although the law states clear as day the court MUST find that domestic abuse (assault) has to be proven in a hearing before a perm protective order or a court approved civil protective order by consent may be entered this never happened. Prior to going into the court room the judge had us meet with her in the chambers. She said if i pleaded guilty to the three violations she wouldn't make me do the 21 days in jail (7 per) she said if I agreed to a no contact order by consent she would only have me sentenced to serve 7 days but purge them if i didn't have any more violations. She said 3 times that my wife can drop the protective order at any time as well. I agreed. A short hearing was held no Evidence was produced or talked about. And the only things said were my pleadings and the entry of the consent order. Since then my wife is crazy mad for some reason. She has already had me convicted of 11 violations. The judges never even want any evidence that supports my innocents. I did only 3 of the 11. I have recently requested a hearing to have the order dropped. I have 6 cases used as references as well as the law its self. I was denied my right to a hearing. My wife also shut my company phone off this summer for 2 months. I have no work because of it. I am broke and need help. What can I do
