• I paid several accounts that were in collections,through a credit consolidation company,after nearly paying $3,000.00 to one creditor,now that creditor is calling me telling me that I still owe the original balance,and that they didnt recieve any payments from the consolidation company.Ive called the consolidation co. and they have provided me with a document showing the payment dates and the check numbers of checks paid to the creditor,even the dates the checks were cashed by the creditor.Yet the creditor is adamant they did not recieve payment,and are threatening me with civil litigation....help!what kind of attorney should i retain?

  ...you don't need an attorney, you need a Proctologist to help you get all the crap "they" stuffed up your a'ss, out ! (It still amazes me) how all you guy'ze keep falling to these "consolidation" scams ! ...Ok... call the State Attorney General ! (good luck, you're gonna need it !)
