What is the fee driving without a license in Arkansas?

Driving with restricted license, got ticket for driving without license in Arkansas?

  • I was driving in Arkansas with restricted (paper copy) license from Kansas the officer gave a ticket for driving without license. The restriction was to drive with ignition lock but I can drive work vehicle with permission as well as parents car with parents present. I am willing to pay the ticket but I dont want them to submit it to my state, is there anyway to dismiss this ticket? I dont want my restriction period to be extended. Thanks

    tell judge ur story..show proof, have all paperwork ready in arkansas court if he makes u pay and u at fault, appeal and get a lawyer shouldnt matter if your found guilty in arkansas, for it will go to mainframe computer and they will know eventually, then youll have to goto court up there and deal with their crap. you never did say why the officer gave you a ticket.was he thinking just that it was for kansas only permit? does your permit allow u to drive in other states? if you werent, then id goto your courthouse and talk to the judge directly about your situation and see if he has mercy on you..if you have a clean record, or close enough, then you should be ok
