How can I file for unemployment?

WHO CAN I CONTACT TO SEE HOW LONG I HAVE TO FILE CHARGES AGAINST SOMEONE FOR THEFT OF UNEMPLOYMENT?

i am in prison my poa girlfreind stole my pin number and ss number from him filed and received checks and cashed them from unemployment how long do i have to file charges against her so shell have to pay it back and me not get in trouble for it

First of all, all monies that you had before you went to prison, would be held and you would have to refile after you got out. Second of all, if she stole your pin and ssn, i would talk to a CO there where you at and have them help you file a fraud report on her.
