California license question.

License??California Question DMV?

• ok so i had court for a DUi driving with a .08 alhcohol lever and driving without a license..But i finished court last week and was found not guilty in all the charges but the DMV still saying my license is suspended for a year which is until October why is that i was not the driver and got 0 CHarges shouldnt i be able 2 take my DRivers Test 2 get my License??

  Your lying. Only a driver gets tested. The passenger NEVER gets tested. Never never never. . You said you were not driving. Hmmm. There's more here than you are saying. And you were driving without a license? Drinking? I guess the law does not apply to you, because you are special. And why is it that you thought you could get away with it? If you killed someone while driving drunk, you could get 10 years hard time. And as to the last question, no you can't take the test until they say so. You were arrested for driving without a licence and being drunk. Driving is a privilege, not a right. I am sure you have heard that before. Sounds like your fairly young. You have time to turn your life around, or you will never finish college with your attitude. Go to school. don't be a fool.
