What are my chances of getting hired?

  • I called Tim Hortons today and asked to speak to the manager. She replied "this is" and I told her my name and and that I was regarding my resume I handed in roughly 2 weeks ago. She said she just printed it off and gave it to the hiring manager and they should call me tomorrow. What are my chances of being hired?

not a chance. never call always show up in person. they probably threw out your app. want to get hired? go there don't talk to anyone. see what they are wearing. see how they dress. dress like you saw them dress, show up and ask to see the human resources person to inquire about your app. if you look like you work there you have a better chance of getting the job. in person is better than over the phone every day of the week. loser call and ask if you are hiring. winners show up and ask in person. do this a couple times a week. either they will get tired of seeing you and tell you to go away or they will hire you because some one didn't show up and they need someone to take that position.
