Selling Cutco in Canada-Border Policies and Legalities?

Legalities of selling livestock?

  • My father told me he was going to sell a cow that belonged to me as it was misbehaving, then he told me he changed his mind as she was behaving better. The next thing I know my cow has already been sold without my consent or even consultation and I got a terrible terrible price for it, plus I have to pay commission and transport costs. I dont think I should have to pay the commission and transport, as I didnt agree to selling the cow. What is my position in this situation? Do you think this is fair?

  • Answer:

There is more to the story than you are giving in this question. If the cow belonged to you, you should have had possession of it and the choice to sell it would be yours. If you don't like the terms, void the sale.
