How hard is it to overturn a order of protection/restraining order?

My sister got one against my father because he put his hands around her neck but my sister is BEYOND psychotic. No one wants her here and he did it because he wants her to move out but she refuses and he can't kick her out and she was crying screaming and carrying on and she's 20 years old. In the past She threw a glass picture frame off the wall once tried to fight my mother has a police report from kicking a plant over in a vase another report the same day for swallowing mutiple aleve pills she's been in the psyche ward before constantly yells and curses at my mother and much more. My father owns this house and he can't come inside because of her so he's been stayin in a hotel every night for the past week. He's going to court tomorrow to try and overturn the order of protection and he has a very good lawyer thats going to bring up all of this stuff that my sister has done. Do you think the judge will be convinced to overturn it and see whats going on. My sister just doesn't like my father and is very mean and disrespectful to my mother (thats not her biological father by the way. were half sisters) Please answerrr !
