Unemployment Appeals Hearing?

i had got discharged from my old job and i filed unemployment and my ex employer appealed to not pay me,,i was Discharged for store policy violation and he stated that i admitted to theft which i didnot i signed a form that said i continuosly rang up other employees as well as other employees but that does not say that i admit to theft states deputy of unemployment will i be in trouble what shall i do
