Is there any way I could become an emancipated minor?

• Is there a way I could become an emancipated minor? I'm only 17 and recently lost my mother in a car accident a month ago. My parents were divorced when I was a baby. My mom was engaged to another guy and have been with him for 15 years. He's pretty much like a father figure to me, I call him my 'stepdad'. Unfortunately, he was not listed as my legal guardian. My real father is. Ever since the divorce, I see my dad every other weekends. But, since I just lost my mother.. my father moved in state and I have to live with him. Everything's changed, in a bad way. There's a lot of misunderstanding, struggles, major fights, disagreements, etc between me, my real dad, and stepdad. My stepdad and I almost got into a physical fight yesterday. I've tried to make everything work, but turns for worse. I can't live like this, I can't be around this environment. I have to focus in school, job, etc. I need to find a way to become an emancipated minor. Is that possible?
