IN CANADA, IF UR HOME/CELL PHONE IS BEING TAPPED, CAN THEY USE IT IN COURT? AND HOW CAN U TELL?

  • ONE OF MY FRIENDS RECENTLY GOT IN SOME SERIOUS CHARGES, WAS LET OUT ON BAIL, BUT EVR SINCE, U HEAR THIS CLICKING TIC... TIC...TIC... TIC ETC. OR U ECHO RRRRREALLY BAD, OR THE PHONE CUTS OUT (HANGS UP) BY IT SELF, AND U CAN HEAR WHAT SOUNDS LIKE SOMEONE PICKING UP THE LINE AND THEN THE ECHO STARTS (SORRY) AND ALSO IF IT IS TAPPED ARE THEY ABLE TO USE THE INFORMATION IN COURT AGAINST YOU?
