Will i get full custody of my daughter?

How do i get full custody of my child and how do i drop my ex's last name from my daughter so its just mine?

• I would like to know how bad the battle is for custody. My daughter cries when i tell her she has to go to her fathers when he does call which is maybe once a month. he was behind on payments but he finally caught up with it. I dont like forcing her to go over she keeps telling me all he does is sleep or hang out with his friends. I dont know what all my option are but i dont have a lot of money. At this point with the emotional rollercoaster he puts on my daughter and on me i wish he had no rights to her. he has no bed for her or bedroom which i would mind if she slept on the floor with a bunch of blankets but multiple times when i ask where she slept she said in his bed with him ( and no HE IS NOT LIKE THAT) but its still disturbing to me and 5 yrs i have been battling with him trying to get him to take on his resposibilities.Any help is appreciated thank you!!!!!

  Quit using the child as a pawn to get even with your ex. Like it or not he has rights. The most disturbing part of your post is where you describe the child as "ITS " just mine
