I need some information on Arizona laws regarding dating a minor.?

I only want genuine facts with links and references. I just turned 18 and my girlfriend is 15 1/2. We live in Arizona. I need some information of Arizona laws and policies regarding dating a minor. I have read all of the laws on the AZ Legislature website (www.azleg.gov) under chapter 13 of the criminal code (Sexual Offenses), and I know what all of the laws say. However, my parents seem to think that even actions like kissing and holding hands in public fall under the category of sexual contact. I need information on not just the laws, but court interpretations of the laws, specific court cases if available, and information from reliable legal sources. Anything helpful will be very much appreciated.

Kissing is sexual contact, and even holding hands, hugging, etc. may be interpreted as sexual contact, so yes, you do have a sexual relationship under the law. Also, the fact that the minor involved is only 15, which is very young, could be an aggravating factor in a criminal sentencing setting in Arizona. For your own safety (and freedom), be an adult, end the relationship, and avoid any physical contact with the 15 year-old. (If it's really meant to be, you two can wait the 2 1/2 years.)
