• In California with strict laws I believe which differ from other counties/cities of CA. Since 2010, the Council here in this small College beach city adopted several amendments to the City’s Noise Ordinance into the Municipal Code. “Such as no person shall make, continue or cause to be made or continued, or permit or allow to be made or continued, any noise disturbance in such a manner as to be plainly audible at 50' from the noisemaker across a real property line. A violation of this section can result in the issuance of a Disturbance Advisement Card PAC) or a criminal citation.” The fine for violation of this section ranges from $350 to $1000. To tell this story quickly, the Police ring the first door bell about 3-4 times, a wooden typical style 2x2 wood fence with gate, inside is, ran the heater for one phase, always do in the AM upon waking, The steam has activated all the cool perfumes i.e.. Shampoo, body wash, a super bad a$$, so worth it, the shampoo.. So yeah, the police were boring part, two of them, they had this strong impression drugs were related to this call, due to the subjective information they received from the overly emotional person across the street. Basically, door opens, I am now fully dressed, jet black hair gelled up @ CEO status! Starch tan cargo style fit but without the extra pockets like the cargo, what I always wear, some shirt, with a 2 button black jacket over, neck tie “PNY” ya know, computer tech! with a quick release flash drive, my perfect designer glasses.
