Sorry you are going through that. This guy sounds really scary. Here's a link I found. http://www.woodtv.com/dpp/news/Threatening_phone_caller_indicted "24 Hour News 8 checked into Minch's long criminal past that dated back to the early eighties. Investigators arrested the convicted sex offender for a number of crimes over the years - including exposing himself to children, attempting to lure a woman into the woods where he was found with a wire cord, handcuffs and various sex toys, and then another case of threatening phone calls." The guy has a long history of this stuff. Maybe you could call that news channel in Michigan. They may be able to tell you how to request those records.

see, states are paid off by the companies that charge for back ground checks, most states don't let the public access public information online but i did find a site for washington that has links where u can search washington public info sites

Yes, I know how to help you. You will need to know the COUNTY in Michigan where he committed the crime(s). AND the City, Township, or Village. You see, each county in Michigan has a "Circuit Court" that deals with all the felonies committed in that county, and Michigan has 83 counties. And each city or twp. has a "District Court" that deals with the misdemeanors. A "felony" is any crime that can bring a person MORE than one year in pison. A "misdemeanor" is any crime that can bring a year or less in a jail. The Couty Circuit Courts in Michigan deal with all felonies that are committed in THAT COUNTY ONLY.The District Courts deal with misdemeanors that are committed in a certain geographical area.SO: If you know where he called you from, or which cops arrested him, that should tell you the city or township where the court is located (but only for misdemeanors). If he committed a felony, just know which county he was in when he did it. Now that you know the name of the County, or the city or township, go to the internet. For a felony, type this: (county name) Circuit Court Michigan. You will be directed to the website for the Circuit Court that has his felony case. If it's a misdemeanor, type this: (city or township) District Court Michigan. You will be directed to a website with a court with a number, like "72d District Court Michigan." Now, see if that court has a website searcher to look up cases or records. Most of the courts in Michigan now have this feature on the court's website. It may be called "case lookup," "records search," court case lookup," or something like that. Not every court in MI has a way to search the records, but most do, or will have it soon. So look up his name, and bam! You'll have his case number, his judge, the crime(s) he was charged with, what happened in the case, step by step, and what the judge handed down as his sentence. Good luck. The reason I answered this is because you have the guts to write his name (in your question) and invite me to Google him. I'll do that now.
