How does a hospital/house get abandoned?

What steps do i need to get a abandoned car titled? in NewJersey?

• i bought this 2000 honda civic dx hatchback with 30,000 miles salvaged i got bills of sales for the last 4 owners.. NO ITS NOT STOLEN!. i want to know what are the proper steps do i have to take to get a title for this car in NewJersey .. i know theres something like abandoned cars can be claimed by someone .. this car is really nice and it runs great ... $300 is what i paid for it ....what can i do to get the title

  if it is salvaged on the title, then it has been totaled by an insurance company. you may not be able to re-register it, only use it for parts, if NJ law is like that which was quoted to me after an accident in CA totaled my car (but barely - the title ended up marked "salvage" too). you'd probably have to get a bill of sale from the owner, maybe an insurance company somewhere? to get title, but it may be that you can't get it tagged.
