Can the retail store still sue me?

Can i sue the auto store?

  • Just yesterday i went into the auto store here and as i walked passed one of the shelves it toppled over me and most of the 10 gallon windex jugs have hit me and messed up my leg... and as i needed help to get up the worker there was really rude and disrespectful and didnt help me up and said "your not gonna get anything out of this" can i sue the store for this and get the worker fired for not only being rude and disrespectful but not being responsible enough to file an accident report more or less he didnt want to. im not here to ask how much can i get for this cuz im not worried about really all that i just wanna know if i have any grounds to sue them for all of this and if so what do i need to do because i went to the ER and my ankle is sprained and swollen so what are my next steps?

    Find a personal injury lawyer in the yellow pages of your local phone book. The lawyer will settle with the store and you and the lawyer split the money about 60/40.

If you were rally that concerned you be asking a lawyer and not coming on Yahoo If you think you have a suit of some kind, call a lawyer that deals with injury claims and ask him or her what your options are. The first meeting is free and you won;pt be able to sue in court without a lawyer anyway so skip the middle man (Yahoo) and get LEGAL advice from a real lawyer who went to school to learn how to sue people

police report-followed up by a phone call to a lawyer. get the lawyer to get any surveillance tapes the store may have.

Get the supervisor informed and try as much as u can to settle the issue round table,a well mannered apology might be ok but if this way failed,take a police report and sought it out with them,going to court will embarrass u more for such rude act on u, sorry for the incident.
