Anyone you know ever been falsely arrested?

Does anyone know of some simple, small laws that won't get someone arrested?

  • Well, just out of curiousity ..anybody know of any little laws such as jaywalking ..or climbing trees in town and simple things like that? ones that are broken a lot really?

A good source for this type of law is the municipal code or ordinance of your town (or any town, many are online). Also, some Eastern states have 'blue laws,' which prohibit selling alchohol after a certain time on Sunday (or Saturday?). There actually might be a pretty heavy penalty for that one now that I think about it, but it sounds like what you are looking for.
