Someone put my picture on the internet with bad words,the situation is not serious,but he did it.if i call pol?

You can call the police but there is not much they can do as what he did is not necessarily a criminal act. However, you have several options available as far as filing a restraining order based on his harassment or you could sue him in civil court for slander. But you have to consider your time, trouble and money it would take to pursue this legally vs what the damage the picture and words will/have caused.

In my experience, just the act of calling the police station can be very informative. You'll be greeted with a brisk, matter-of-fact voice... and they hate BS... so they might rush the conversation. But be polite and state your problem and (if) you would like a cop to come arbitrate between you and this person. Just a police presence might encourage them to pull the image off the web, Either way they will be able to tell you if they can help. Also, the police hate to waste time... so have your mind made up ahead of time if you are willing to pursue this all the way to prosecution, if they ask. They won't stand up for your rights if you're not committed. So decide that you are absolutely going to force the issue, and have the police come arbitrate.

No one can be punished for putting anything on the internet. You have to be careful who you give your pictures to in the future. As long as the person is not making money from publishing your photo, you cannot even sue him.
