Can we create wikis for small business?

Are there legal grounds to force owners of a business to create an Owner's Agreement?

• Just over two years ago I was asked to financially assist some acquaintances in a new business venture. I offered to make them a loan in return for an appropriate share of the business. The current owners mulled it over and still asked for the loan but offered me an opportunity to become an equal partner in addition. So, we consolidated the debt and all signed to papers this past December. In May of this year, I traveled to see how business was going...I live in Illinois and the business is in Arkansas. To put it mildly, a few of the owners seem to be taking advantage of the rest of the owners by engaging in private ventures that have a direct link to the business. This is being done without approval or consideration of the other owners. There are other details such as these same two having an independent incorporated business within the business. Am I out of luck without an agreement or can I force the remaining owners to participate in the creation of such agreement so these things don't continue? I've never owned or been a part of any other business.

  I'm thinking you need to keep up with what's going on with the business. I'm also thinking you need to consult with a lawyer. Be prepared with all paper work to present to the lawyer. Don't forget to make a few copies for your self. You should be able to do this without letting the rest know what you're doing at this point. First consult with the lawyer.
