Without a witness of your own, not much. If other women are getting the same treatment and you can establish a record of his behavior you could sue for sexual harassment, then other women might come forward and join you in a class action lawsuit. Too bad you didn't have some way of recording it. Good luck to you.
you dont get unemployment if you quit. you should have filed the complaint with his boss and with Human resources, that way you keep your job and he looses his or gets demoted.
If you are talking about a court appeal, then you likely already have a labor law attorney. If not, talk to one. If you have no witnesses that can confirm your side of the story, there is not much you can do. If you do have credible witnesses than you might be able to have charges of perjury filed against both the boss and the witness. Typically, when your boss is emotionally abusive, the best thing to do is to stick around long enough to gather ample evidence of the abuse. The evidence will establish a pattern of abuse that can be used in court. Without witnesses, it is your word against theirs. You may also try to find other people at the company who are willing to state that the boss has verbally abused them, too. This could establish a pattern and help you get unemployment.
Jobhunt. His word against yours unless you can find other proof of a hostile work environment.
First of all, you quit so I don't think you are eligible for unemployment no matter what the reason. Second, if the boss and his friend stick to their statement and there are no other witnesses, there is nothing you can do except to find another job.
You cant, you said that you quit, you can't collect unemployment if you quit your job.
You can collect unemployment if you quit, it depends why you quit and if the employer contest. Unfortunately, the rest is true if you don't find some proof or witnesses you are in bad shape.
ewwwwww. Quit sucking from the teet that is the government, you lazy piece of schisa Stagnate in hell.
Nothing, unless you're willing to put out a lot of money for a lawyer and still risk the chance of losing the case. Move on and chalk it up to experience. Good Luck!
