INTERSTATE CHILD SUPPORT NIGHTMARE?

• Big Problem and a lot of lip service and no action, problem divored in colorado , mother was in colorado and filed for divorced I has allready moved to Texas with my disvbled son she abanded us for another man (funny she meet him on yahoo personials) big money maker none the less Court order splist custody she kept the older boy in Colorado , the younger boy and i resided in Texas divorce garanted . Depiste the Fact we both had kids the colorado court Very bisa towards men ordered me to pay child support to the mother for the Older child. I did for 4 1/2 years never missing abeat. then in 2005 , I obtained custody of the older boy he allged abuse the court granted me custody , I now had both boys , Child support order terminated , they did not give me one so I petition the court and finaly got one mother paid three month quit paymening , filed the support order in Texas with Texas Attorny general child support office (BIG JOKE THEY ARE) None the Less they took the easy way out just got a federal tax Inteception that it one a year we are lucy if we see it , now in 2008 Mother Stop paying all toghter dispeared after that we move out of state we thoguth she was still in the State of Texas , Well after 2 years of no contact we learned she had skipped the state we gave Texas out new address she did not after we found her in NY I notified the Texas CSE people they then said we dont have any jurisdiction now (they Never registered the Order in teh Centeral registery at all so I fill in Colorado the State that Issued the Child support order files a affadavit of arreas 3125.00 and motion for contempt , There magistrate denied the filing citing that Texas is collecting it and the parties are lining in Texas so they are handing it denied also cited Judical ecomonics ( WoW) yooure broke and refuse to enfoce the order they had been asked for more than 3 years by me to release jurisdiction and every time they denied it unitl this year with a nonsencse order of denial so now no one has jurisdiction , I tried to file a Registration of a out of state child support order in Mich the Clerk allowed me acess to the court in filing it stated I could only use the friend of the court so I talk to them File a Applcation for Child support servies thre emonths ago never hear a word from them nothing I then after trying to file the Registration of the out of state child support order with the court and the affadavit of arrears with a certied payment record from Texas CSE they wont let me file it the Friend of the Court Michigan tell me now they are working on it and they have to use the intersate registery well gets worse the Colorado court magistrate issues the order directing the NCP to pay me directey and not throught the child Supper Registery there is no order in the Orginating states registery , now they had to go to court and ask them for its verfication before the proceed, I am also told then they have to send it to the NY child support agency and the there Centeral registery for Enforccement man you talk about about a bunh of horse **** , Colorado never stated they released Jusridiction to any state , they there magistrate a wanan be judge only stated they do not have jurisdiction to enterntain the Motion for Contempt becase all parties were in Texas which was incorrect none are in texas ( I am hoping if I refile with the Chief judge in the State of Colorado , I can get him to order the Child support order be sent to the child support registery and then request him to release all jurisdiction to Michian , I am quite frustrated with a sytemn that is clery bias towards men , I have tired it all so far with no concrete result I called the US att office they tell me to file a complaint with the FBI under the 18 USC 233 so I do not one word I then send a Complaint to the US Attoeny that told me that not one word , I have now Filed a Formal complaint with the office of the Inspector General Department health and Human service asked for a Investifation adn fowarding by the to the US attoeny for Federal Proscution under the Dead Beat parent Punishement all im getting is silence no action not one letter not a thing, What can I do File in Federal court and ask them to decalre a jursidition dur to a Multi state Problem what can I do this is very frustrating and child support arreas are not over 3000
