Would I qualify for a hardship/ conditional license?
-
Almost a year ago I got caught speeding doing 70 in 55. I had just got my license for 4 months so I know my license will be suspended and its not worth fighting. I was 20 last year and I'm now 21 and I really need my license to get to work because my job is 20 miles away. And since the time I got caught I have never recieved a traffic violation ticket. I'd like to know my chances of getting a hardship license thanks.

Answer:
Well the no moving violations is not really in your favor since you are not supposed to be driving! You do not say how long your license was suspended for,but if it's for more than a year you are unlikely to be able to use the I have to travel to work excuse if there is public transportation available.
