Does Disneyland sell food wristbands?

I want to sell food on ebay..Help...?

  • Hi,i want to sell food on ebay.For example i want to buy lets say a box of twinkies bag of doritos or baby food from walmart and resell it on ebay.Do i need a food license,or permission from my state pennsylvania or the fda.if anyone can help me with this issue it will help. p.s. ebay told me i am allowed to sell food but i dont want to get in truoble with the law.

I don't believe ebay would put themselves in a position to get sued. I for one wouldn't buy any food off that site. Ad further more, I don't see how you could make any profit at all considering the fees ebay and Paypal charges!! The buyer would have to pay YOU MORE than they could get it at the store to cover those fees, and on top of that, how about the Postage!? Ebay now charges YOU a fee of 9% of the shipping charges on top of the 9% of the final fee.! A person would have to be crazy to buy food on ebay!

Illegal to resell those items you'd have to become a retail store...set up to pay taxes and all that other sht, then you would have to become a distributor for those companies products
