How to know registered land information?

How to know residential land information in hyderabad? hi, i want to know residential land information in hyderabad. i know the land is registered on a person for sure. i just want to know the survey number and location and registration details of the land. the residential land 140 yards in alwal, malkajgiri mandal , rangareddy discrict,andhra pradesh state. please help me how to get this information. i haven't seen the land and i don't know the survey number etc... but i know the person name and yards of that land. plz help, this is life and death question for me..
