You don't transfer your cash benefits. You have to reapply all over again in South Carolina and will use the rules as they apply there. Be sure you have cash to tide you over as it won't be right away. Plus, your assistance will be MUCH less than in Washington.

if your money and stamps are on a debit card, you can still use that any where,but you will need to go to the food stamp place and let them do what ever so your benefits will be in place by the next month.
