How to become president?

How do you become a surgeon general i know you have to be elected by the president but like how would the?

  • how would he even know you do u have to be the Public Health Service Commissioned Corps an do stuff in there an someone says your be good an the president thinks about it an how do u get into the Public Health Service Commissioned Corps an what do they do ? an how do you become Assistant Secretary for Health

  • Answer:

President's do not ELECT people to positions. They NOMINATE them. Now, if you weren't so damn lazy, you would have read Article II, Section 2, Clause 2 of the US Constitution. Presidents nominate government officers with the ADVICE AND CONSENT of the Senate. So. HE ASKS SENATORS AND OTHER PEOPLE IF THEY KNOW ANYONE WHO WOULD BE GOOD AT THE DAMN JOB.
