What do I do if I like this girl for 3 years now but shes with another guy?

I liked this girl for 3 years now and when i started liking her i she was single and we had a bond that seemed like we were going to be in a relationship soon. But there was this other guy that she talked to every now and then. A whole year past and i didnt do anything to make to further on the relationship like ask her to be my girlfriend and after that year the guy that she talked to every now and then asked her to go out sometime and they did. Now they're in a relationship and i just tried to give up on her. But there was this one time she broke up with that guy and she felt really sad. So i was always there to support her and talk to her whenever she needed. A few months past and i found a girlfriend but after a month or two it didnt work out. The girl and i stopped talking for a while now and another year and a half past to make it 3 years and i dont even talk to her much anymore but i dont know why i still have that feeling inside i still like her. I dont know what to do. I even noticed i had feelings inside for her even when i was in a relationship. Should i just forget about her or should i just wait?

She may not be the one for you there may be another that was created to be with you so i would not worry about her life and stay focused in your own or you may miss something really special
