I can't focus at all in school?

I can't focus on school because I'm sad. Advice?

  • My boyfriend left for the navy and I'm a sophomore in college, I also have no idea what I want to do with my life so I'm doing general education for now. But, I'm so sad all the time I am having trouble being motivated to do anything, including studying for my classes. Need advice please!!

    I had the same problem in college the whole 4 years I WASTED sleeping too much. I didnt go out hardly ever junior and senior year as I was always driving to another state to see my bf. I wasted all that time being depressed even though I should have been trying to get good grades which I failed to do. PLEASE try your hardest, your education is the most important thing right now. Get your degree and do your best. Go out with friends, have fun, be responsible, and do not waste time being sad. Who knows if you will still be with your boyfriend a while from now. You must get your degree and not be sad so that you do not have to look back and mourn at all the time you could have spent meeting new ppl and hanging out with friends.

Well my boyfriend went to the army and at first i felt the same exact way but i learned to pray alot that he was ok and used this extra time as a way to just have fun and try to keep the days less stressful and going and you'll notice how fast the days go by
