  • Answer:

There will be a lot of applicants with different views and attitudes. You should at least have two sets of interviews, one for the preliminary and the other for a final interview. the final interview is given after the applicants had passed the IQ exams given. As an interviewer, you should dress up smartly. Questions being asked on the preliminary interviews are mostly the following: 1. Why do you consider applying in our company when there are many companies around much better? 2. Who referred you to this company? 3. What do you think are your special qualities the company will benefit if we ever hire you? 4. What was your former job? Why did you manage to resign? 5. What do you expect when you get hired? How much salary would you prefer? 6. Describe yourself in full details. Remember that Auntie anne's pretzels should have very polite and smiling crew so take note of their physical gestures and expressions when they answer your questions. They should be service oriented and with a happy to serve attitude. The final interview should tackle more on the applicants desire and willingness to work in the company for a long time. So you need to ask questions like: 1. Do you think you can serve different types of customers even under pressure? 2. Are you willing to be trained by a much more younger and energetic individuals much younger than you? 3. Are you willing to work in shifts? if there are any? 4. Have you any plans of continuing your studies? If yes, when? If not, why not? 5. Tell me about your deep and darkest secret? 6. What do you think are your chances that we are going to hire you? When questioning observe the answers and jot it down in a logbook, use this answers as your guide to gauge the applicants ability, credibility, and patience to your questions. Remember that when he/she gets hired, you will have to deal with his attitude if you picked the wrong applicant.
