How can i get my ex-girlfriend back from a guy who stole her from me when she cant see he is going to use her?

Me and my girlfriend were really happy, then she started a new job and she met this guy who was being friendly. He's managed to break up our relationship because he spends all his time around her and has his friends telling her to go out with him. I looked at his Facebook and (although he denies it) many people say he's a player and he's managed to break up at least 6 relationships to go out with the girl for a couple of months until he gets bored of them yet my girlfriend is completely oblivious to this and has ended up throwing everything away for him. I can't live without this girl and am willing to do anything to get her back even though now she is spending all her time with him. How can i make her see that she would be happier with me and, in essence, make her love me again? I've been training, I'm improving my look, I did have an extremely romantic gesture i was going to do but she has said that she will ignore it.
