Whats a good way to advertise babbysitting job?

  • im trying to get some babby sitting jobs .im 17 and iv been threw nemourse babbysitting classes and iv taken cpr for child and infint.iv gotten severl good report from prviouse jobs (babbysitting ones) i ve thaugh of flyer but is there any others ways to avd.?

    Make flyers and put them inside peoples mailboxes, that's what they do here in my neighborhood. Also just stick your flyers in random bulletin boards at the local supermarket, library (lots of kids there) and what not.

Well, first start using spell check. If I saw one of your fliers and it had as many spelling errors as your question here, I wouldn't call you to watch my children. Make a nice, professional flier and then take it to local day care centers and ask if they have a public bulletin board on which to post it. Be sure to mention your training. Also, if you have any experience you can ask those parents if they would be willing to receive phone calls from potential clients in order to give you a recommendation. Finally, word of mouth from past clients is really the best way to spread the word.

I actually put an ad in the paper. Just make sure someone goes with you when you first meet the people. Also, ask friends and family to spread the word.

if you still go to a pediatrician you could see if she will either put up a little flyer in the office or recommend you to other patients by word of mouth. most people don't want total strangers babysitting their kids.

have your parents give people at their job fliers you can talk to mothers about affordable babysitters.
