  • When me and my fiance met we'd been txting and emailing for ages ('met' on college forums lol), I was already infatuated with his personality, and when i finally met him in person, i fell, hook line and sinker :D I already knew he was funny, sweet, a little naughty, kind and caring and then meeting him, and he's handsome, and even more kind in person, I instantly felt it, more than lust/attraction, I KNEw then i loved him (a whole 9 months before he split with his GF and we finally got together, the worst 9 months of my life) I know he doesn't believe in it, And it does upset me a bit to know that it wasn't the same for him, But nearly 5 years on we're still happy, in love, getting married next year. So what do you think? love at first sight, or was it because i was already close to him and his apperence made it more so?

    i do believe in it. i dont understand why people are so against it all the time. my boyfriend and i met on a blind date. it was a true blind date. the minute i met him i liked him. i had a crush on him right away. we spent 7 hours together on our first date. it was like the whole day from 11 in the morning til 6 at night. the next day i could not stop thinking about him. turns out we had so much in common and were so similar it still scares people to this day. on april 4th itll be one year :) good luck with your future together :)

No i do not believe in love at first sight.because i couldnt love someone based on his appearance.that would be lust.

I don't believe in it but the possibility is always there. In my opinion, I think it's because you already kinda knew him. You knew who he was, what a part of him was like, and you seemed to be looking forward to meet this person. The chance is still there though. I wasn't there to see how hard you fell for him but if you believe it is as you said, who am I to impede on your romantic views? If it's love at first sight, it's love at first sight. d(n.n)b
