What are some good love songs i can put on a mix cd for my boyfriend's birthday?

i really love that song Paperweight by Schuyler Fisk and Joshua Radin. I also love songs by Matt Nathanson, The Fray, and Secondhand Serenade, and that's sort of the kind of music i'm looking for. I've been trying to find some pretty love songs that aren't really heard on the radio. Especially songs that have a guitar or a piano in it, and have pretty lyrics. if you can help me out, that would be great! :D thanks:]
