Am I in the wrong for not letting my fiancee use anti-antiperspirant deodorant ?

Well, Truth Seeker, here's the Truth. Women use antiperspirants. We don't like to stink in this country. Let her take control of her own armpits or she's going to dump you like a sack of rotting potatoes. And she's got the whole rest of her body parts than can help her regulate body temperature if that's really what you're concerned about.

Control-freak. Let her use deodorant. Perhaps she needs to put on more because you won't. ICK stinky men. Gross.

While I understand your concerns with regards to her health, you do not have the right to make demands of her - "Am I wrong for not letting my fiance use..." Yes, you ARE wrong. You have every right to discuss your concerns, put your arguments to her, but not to demand she does it your way. That's where you went wrong, insisting that your way is the only way. If you were just able to persuade her that it was better that would be different, but to just insist it your way or the highway IS too controlling.

Its good that you care about her health....Maybe you should suggest that she put a dab of baking soda in her armpits....it still allows the body to sweat but at the same time doesnt leave a musty odor....if she doesnt take your suggestion then dont push it on her....it is her choice.
