How do you know when its true love?...............does it result in marriage?.........what is true love, in co?

I dont think people marry based on true love, i think the men always disrespect their wives a little no matter what in pretty much any capacity. But they like their wives attention.to them , so the define her as a good girl, even though they secretly disrespect her at times because brides are always a little inferior to their grooms, as most grooms have to be dragged to the alter. Meaning all along in the relationship, they had the upper edge.

Your thoughts of women & marriage is the reason you dont know what true love is. When you learn to respect women maybe you will learn what it means.

Ignoring everything after "define true, perfect love." I don't really like the term "true love" It sounds like something out of a high schooler's diary or some cheesy movie. For me, well, firstly, I'm a loner. I've had "boyfriends" before, but after like a few days, I felt trapped, like, "You HAVE to see this person regularly and you HAVE to say something to them every day and you HAVE to make sacrifices, and deal with their flaws, and go out to places with them, and take their emotions into consideration, and you don't get a choice." I just want to be by myself again, free to hang out with friends whenever I want to, and be alone when I want to. For me to love someone enough to marry them, it would mean *wanting* to do the things I just mentioned. Seeking their company instead of shying away from it. Waiting eagerly to talk to them. Loving their flaws, etc. I've only met one guy like that so far, but he wasn't into me. So "true love" is when everything that pisses you off about relationships doesn't matter, in the case of a specific person.

If somebody is denegrating you and not showing you the respect you deseve, then talk to them and don't just keep taking it. If that doesn't help, then walk away. It's a pretty big jungle out there!!
