What can i do when my ex wife claimed my daughter on her federal taxes when she is behind in child support?

usually when someone claims a child/dependent that they have to pay for on child support and they are behind in payments the Federal government still takes out that share..no need to worry ...

You don't need to worry much even if you must worry over your ex wife claiming your daughter for whaever reason. The core fact stil remains that even if she (your ex wife) can no longer be your wife, your daughter ever remains your daughter today, tomorrow and forever because your blood runs through her vains whether she (your ex wife or your daughter herself) likes it or not till death do you (you and your daughter) both part.

What you can do is call the right person - income tax office...HAHAHAHA
