Do you believe in love at first sight?

Do you believe in love at first sight? If you do, please explain your answer. READ BELOW?

  • I believe many people confuse liking a persons looks or style of clothing with falling in love. How can you possibly LOVE somebody you just met? SO what if they are good looking. I believe love at first sight is a myth that we hear about and see in movies. I go out all the time and see cute and attractive men that doesn't mean that I love each one of them. To me, it takes time to love someone. There has to be more to a person than simply looks. I think in order to love and care about someone I also have to have a deep emotional connection with the person. If love at first sight truly exists, I think it happens to VERY few people if any. That is just my opinion. I have been in many relationships before and I cannot say that I was madly in love with the guy. I am still not married and I hope to one day be. ANyway getting back to my point, please explain your answer thoroughly. I am not looking for a simple yes or no answer. I would like to hear a well thought out opinion or idea from you. Thank you.

I believe undoubtedly. Three years ago I saw a man across a cafe, he looked up, eyes locked and three months later we were engaged. I felt such a connection to him, my entire world stopped and restarted on a different rhythm in a heartbeat. There was never any shyness between us, there was a complete understanding of one another and what we wanted from first glance. Second date we discussed engagement- we waited simply to try to stay within traditional conventions but couldn't wait over 3 months. It's the hardest thing in the world to explain, but he was MINE the moment my eyes met his. No questions, no doubts and nobody else was ever going to cut it.

Of course it's real. Why do you think it's called falling in love? When you have love at first sight, you feel like you're falling. Butterflies in the stomach like you're on a roller coaster. That sensation doesn't happen slowly over the course of many many years. Maybe it's genetic. It runs in my family for sure. It was love at first sight for me. Nearly every man in my family has no prior relationships and then Mrs. Right suddenly appears out of nowhere. My sister met her husband when she was 16 years old. My parents relocated immediately after they met, and they went to different colleges for several years. Never dated other people, only saw one another about 2-3 times year, and then they got married. They've been married 3 years and I'm sure it will last for the long haul. It's real. It's one of the most incredible feelings in the world, but it will never happen if you're expecting it. It almost always happens completely out of the blue. It happens very quickly. If you're grinding it out, you might want to move on until you find it.

Love Do you know what love is? Love is very rare commodity that most people live and pass without experiencing it. Love comes about in many ways, at first sight is one of those ways. True love IS a wonderful thing. Do not confuse 'Love' with making love.,.,.,.,., I wish you true LOVE Ahmed

love at first sight is a myth, i believe you can feel strongly attached or an instant connection with someone, but love is something entirely different, even if you are strongly physically attracted to someone, they could still turn out to be abusive, crazy, even deranged. im not saying everyone is gonna be crazy but love at first sight would be foolish and unwise to dream about. Love is a very deep and emotional connection you make with someone overtime. Now there is another "love at first sight" which i do believe in. Say a mother or a father holding there new-born child, this is something anyone can feel very strongly about. :) This is an amazing thing and its a true sign of love at first sight.

No, love at first sight doesn't exist, it is just a phrase, or an expression to explain how amazing it is when two people meet and within minutes or a few hours of talking they feel a strong connection. That's what "love at first sight" means to me. In my own experience, that's what happened with me and my husband. We met and felt immediate chemistry, not knowing at that specific moment we were going to end up together, we did feel a very strong connection we hadn't felt for anybody else, and it did feel like something was going to happen between us. How long, or how far it was going to go? We didn't know that... I do believe many couples find this connection, later expressed as "it was love at first sight!" because it actually feels like that's what you've experienced. Especially if you've been in past relationships that took a while to build that chemistry and connection, while for others this grows really fast and it is almost immediate within the same day they met.

I don't believe in love a first sight per se but I do believe you can meet someone. Then on a sub conscious or spiritual level fall in love, your conscious just doesn't know it yet!
