How do you tell someone you cant ever be with them because you love them too much to see them hurt someone?

And you hit my heart with that one because i am in a similar situation he's married children and told me he loves his wife even though he and i have a crazy connection...the rest is like yours...Tell him like you ust told us u love him to much to come inbetween him and his life.........Your a good women! And u never know what god has in store with all that anyway but your being right in the way u are thinking ..........................

Tell him exactly as you told us. Perhaps things will change later in life, perhaps in your next life. If he's got happiness inside his present life, then yes, there'd be too much hurt happening. You also said "what I think I want". Hello? Is this a challenge that once obtained, you may change your mind, meanwhile he's lost everything? If you're not sure, then you've blown this a bit out of proportion. Perhaps there are other needs there. Regardless, there are too many people involved, don't put yourself in the equation too. But, good luck in finding happiness again!! Perhaps you're looking for a way out of your stagnated marriage. Don't let this fella nor his family suffer.

I think you have alot more to lose that you realize. Get some counseling for your marriage. Children will ALWAYS need their mom. You don't really love this guy cause you don't really know him...grass is not greener on the other side...actually its brown with lots of dog **** and moles. :p Let him go..you are ruining your marriage and he, his. It's all an illusion...leave it as a happy memory of what if....' You tell him that you loved him once and it was great hearing from him, but you are having issues in your marriage that you need to work on. Maybe someday if you are both single you could hook up but for now, you need to focus on making your life great.
