How do i open my ppl from home?

If I told many ppl about what's going on at my house can I leave home at 17 even if my mom calls the cops?

• I plan on leaving my house I'm 17 an don't turn 18 until next year. I get verbally and physically abuses by my 22 yr old brother and my mom witness it and didn't do anything about it and niether did my dad. Also my dads always at work so he doesn't know what goes on I've told him what my brother and mom do and he doesn't believe me. My brother and I have different dads so my mom and brother gang up on me and lie on me about things that aren't true to my dad. I have talked to 5 different cops telling them what goes on at my house and half of them say I can move out and the other half say I have to be 18. I've talked to my school principal and councelor and they both told me I can move out because they know other 17 yr olds that have. I've told many ppl what's goin on and they dont do **** about it so my question is if I told many ppl what's going on and their not helping me at all can I just move out?

  Telling "many ppl" won't do the trick, talking with a childprotection-agency probably will
